We despatch orders Monday to Friday (except English bank holidays) using the delivery methods listed below.
economy shipping – UK only
Applies to small orders sent by royal mail. Orders will normally be shipped by the next working day on Royal Mail tracked 48.
express delivery – UK
Orders placed before 2pm will normally be posted same day, sent Royal Mail Tracked 24 and normally arrive next working day after posting in the UK.
International – prices vary by location
Costs are calculated at the checkout, delivery to many locations is “DDP” – Delivery Duties Paid which means all taxes are pre-paid so you don’t receive an invoice from the delivery company before your order can be delivered. Currently we will deliver to these countries using a DDP service, all other countries will have no tax applied at the checkout, but you may receive an invoice from your country’s import customs for tax before your order can be delivered:

delivery problems
If an order has been sent by us but not arrived with you within a couple of days please check with your local Royal Mail delivery office as they often hold packets that they have been unable to deliver (even if no card has been left). Then contact us.
Collection
You are welcome to collect from our York workshop, and we also offer free delivery in the York area, within the ring road (we will bring the order round!) Please select the collection option in the checkout if you want to pick-up, for more information about collecting see our contact page.
